Getting to Stucktaymore

Stucktaymore lies on the shores of Loch Tay and features stunning panoramic views of the loch. The large house and extensive grounds are located near the Perthshire village of Killin and there is much to do and see in the local area. Enjoy scenic walks, explore wildlife and nature, discover historic landmarks and take part in thrilling outdoor activities.

Transportation

Buses and taxis operate in the local area. Our closest train station is Crianlarich (16 miles). The closest major airports are Glasgow (65 miles) and Edinburgh (69 miles). Car hire and taxis are available from both airports. You can also arrange a transfer in advance.

Parking

There is ample parking at Stucktaymore, which is all floodlit at night. 

Check-in

Arrival time is 4.00 pm and departure time is 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed. 

House entry

Electric gates with keypad. For your information, the entry code is provided to you by our Housekeeper on your arrival. 

If you arrive early

If you arrive before check-in time, the good news is that there is plenty to do. We suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop, giving you more time to relax once you’ve checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food? Take a look at our local things to do guide for more ideas.
