We used this amazing house alongside Stuckgowan for teachers from around the world to gather and share ideas and methods. It was beyond our wildest dreams. A slice of beautiful Scottish splendour. The comfort level was spectacular, there was everything you could have wanted and more.
The beds were like clouds, the secret garden would have been worthy of the Chelsea Flower Show with an abundance of flowers and aromas to stimulate the senses at any time of the day.
With two sitting area and a dining room alongside the kitchen we could easily have stayed for a year!
We were blown away with the sumptuous comfort, stunning location and amazingly homely feel.
Every aspect of what we looked for surpassed our needs.
We used each of the spaces and with our large group had space to spread out.
We also used Jo to cook for us. The food was outstanding.
We had approximately 20 people staying over. The house and grounds contained everything we needed. Spacious enough but also cosy enough. Every single person went away without a complaint of any sort. The person who greeted me was excellent and gave me a tour whilst explaining everything I would need to know. Beautiful location too
Collecting friends who had been staying, a magnificent house which my professional hotelier friend could not find fault.
As Father of the Bride and along with 35 plus guests, this venue is outstanding and comes highly recommended from all who attended!
Hosted a private event here with Chef Theodore Chana, the facilities are great ( especially the commercial dish washer!)
There is an AGA to cook on plus a conventional cooker too.
Dinning room is very pleasant with a large table that seats 20 or more at a push.
The accommodation looked Exactly as it did in the listing photographs, it was cosy warm on arrival on a cold November evening. In a beautiful location with a stunning view. Our host was friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful and accommodating. Our dogs were welcome also. We would highly recommend and would definitely book again.
We were celebrating a 5th & 40th Birthday and the house was perfect and had everything we could ask for, perfect rooms for celebrating, bar, party room, games room. Also lovely relaxing cosy rooms for when our friends & family wanted a quiet moment, the library, snug, cinema room. The views of Loch Tay are stunning and we really enjoyed exploring the local area during our stay. Plus all the housekeeper was super helpful on arrival and during our stay if we needed anything or had questions. Had the best time and would highly recommend.
