Our luxury properties in Scotland

Stuckgowan, constructed between 1798 and 1820, served as the country residence for the McMurrick family. John McMurrick, in partnership with John Napier, owned the first steamboats to navigate Loch Lomond. After acquiring the estate, we became only its third owner. We undertook a two-year renovation to restore and upgrade the property, ensuring it meets contemporary luxury standards while preserving its historical essence.

Stuckdarach, dating back to 1820, was originally the estate manager’s house for Stuckgowan. This property is now a luxurious retreat, accommodating groups of 4 to 12 guests. Nestled within 34 acres of wild Highland forest, both Stuckgowan House and Stuckdarach offer guests a serene environment to explore.

Stucktaymore, built in 1843 for the Earl of Breadalbane as a summer hunting lodge, sits on the north shore of Loch Tay. Over the years, the property has served various purposes. Including a summer residence, a farm, a wartime records storage site, a hotel and a management training centre. Stuckgowan Estates has extensively renovated Stucktaymore, transforming it into a luxury private residence that accommodates up to 29 guests across 13 en-suite bedrooms.
