Born in Scotland, 26-year-old Theodore Chana has accumulated over 12 years of worldwide culinary experience.
Learning from his mother’s innovative home cooking, using only fresh ingredients, and his father’s passion for
growing his own produce through his own chilli company. Theodore has since been inspired to create dishes that
strive for taste, texture, colour and sustainability within the local area.

My name is Joanne and I’m the chef behind Geranium and Thyme, a small creative catering business based by
Loch Lomond. I bring ten years of experience working throughout Europe. I create bespoke seasonal menus
working with the finest local suppliers in the surrounding area, catering for small events, dinner
parties and celebration cakes.
Velvet Cuisine is led by former Scottish Chef of the Year Kevin MacGillivray, who has a wealth of experience and is
one of Scotland’s most respected chefs. Kevin is President of Scottish Chefs and continues to promote Scotland and
Scottish produce to a global audience with his wide range of connections in the hospitality and tourism industries.
Kevin is passionate about food and has been cooking since he was 15. He has worked, travelled and competed all over
the world and is always exploring exciting new flavours and techniques. He also remains rooted to all things Scotland
with strong ties to producers, suppliers and key players within Scottish hospitality.
Mark Heirs, Crowned Private Chef of the Year in 2018, is an internationally renowned personal chef who regularly
cooks for Hollywood elite. When at home in Scotland Mark is delight to partner with Stuckgowan estates to bring
his award wining cuisine to our guests. As a family we have used the services of Mark Heirs who is a ‘local’
